 I am working as the account head in ‘proodles'  the catering service. I am a cheerful and enthusiastic person in my life and job. My motivational and spontaneous attitude freshens up the whole of puddles employees. “Leaders become great not because of their power but, because of their ability to empower.” The quote reflects my life as the accountant’s head. I empower and motivate my coworkers in such a way that doesn’t allow them to feel as if they are working continuously.  As the students, the community of these workers experience togetherness and share friendship by celebrating birthdays and small happiness in their life.


The best employee award is the appreciation certificate which is given to the active and outstanding employee who motivated her to actively do her job and be happy My biggest  Strength is my Family.  


I have explains how the students share and interact with me. I proudly point out how serving the role of Akka, aunty, and employee in VIT. One of my experiences in the F block ladies’ hostel goes like this. I am a North Indian and she comes to me every day and talks about her days. Even they share my small happiness and sadness with me. I like Tamil and asks me to teach her one word each day. We begin with that and later share our happy moments.”

I have been working as a women's security guard in the GH ladies’ hostel block. I have an experience of 13 years in VIT and share a good friendship with my colleagues. I have been married at an early age and have two children. My parents were ill for a while, so I decided to seek a job and thus I approached VIT.


I reach the VIT campus at 8:45 am for my shift in my two-wheeler from my home after dropping her children at school. I explain my three shifts which are from 6 am-2 pm,2 pm-9 pm, and 9 pm-6 am. I have a good friendship with my coworkers and in recess time they spend time in the mess along with other department workers. I like the big and old trees in VIT and find myself lucky enough to spend my working hours outdoors rather than in a closed room.


I am so grateful for my job as a security guard. I mention that because of this job I could run my family and make my children happy.

Being with VITians students who are from Kerala. This student comes every day to me and shares their stories and events. Gradually they became good friends and sisters. Even I shared my stories and events with my family. I explain that this student knows my family and sometimes I feel good after sharing with this VITian.They hug me and we feel the bonding of sisterhood.

Moving to a new place alone, away from home created all sorts of problems with my self-esteem. Fortunately, I was blessed with beautiful people around me. During tough times and hectic schedules with classes, assignments, and exams, fresh stories from friendly faces kept me going. Thinking back as a fourth year who’s going to leave the campus in the next 10 days, I’m grateful for all those wonderful people who had my back throughout and the memories I would cherish my entire life.

People and experiences with them are the ones that impacted my Personal development the most. Clubs were an integral part of my college life. I was an active member of multiple clubs during my 1st and 2nd years and that helped me a lot in learning new things, developing new skills, and gaining various experiences.Apart from clubs, the people around me- my close friends and acquaintances, taught me a lot. I’m a different person now than how I was 4 years back. Different thoughts, incidences, and opinions from various people changed my perspectives about a lot of things. Interaction with different types of people taught me different things.Organizing events, spending quality time talking about various things, going on trips, doing assignments together, cramming for exams together - everything impacted me in some or the other way.

“I like the open spaces in VIT the most, makes me feel good and happy. The architecture block: MGB is another place that is my favorite. The whole atmosphere, the open classrooms, the open ventilation, and the whole new kinda design are very interesting and amazing. Makes me feel energetic and work better.”


I am an active and cheerful student in VIT who is pursuing M Tech integrated computer science. I have an interest in doing creative work and am an aesthete. My interest in these fields motivates me to attend creative workshops and competitions. My coming to VIT helped me to enhance my skill and interest in the creative field.

I was an Ex-army person for 20 years. I have joined the VIT in 2008 and Initially, I worked as bodyguard security for Mr.Selvam Sir (VP) Later I Worked for Our Founder Mr.G.Viswanathan, While Working under these both person I had very good respect, then I shifted to Senior Security Guard in Men’s Hostel Block.


I like all the places in VIT because Each hostel block has a different leader’s name like Periyar, and Gandhi blocks which have ruled the India in Past few days, No other college has these Names. Inside VIT the spaces are more greenery, so students while walking or working will get a pleasant Feeling.


I have 15 years of Experience in VIT before I was in Army but I like working in VIT more than Army because he got respect and credit for my hard work. While working at VIT I  Developed his language skills. Initially, I knew only Tamil and Hindi. But after Joining VIT I have learned Telugu, Kanada, Malayalam, and Chinese. I like Mr. Selvam Sir’s Cabin because that is the place his life has changed for him. Because VP sir is so humble with everyone.

KARTHIKEYAN SECURITY GUARD Locations They Like in VIT Plaza corner(Fountain in front of Main Block) Hello, my name is Karthikeyan, and I've been a security guard at VIT for 13 years. The area in VIT called Plaza Corner, which is on the other side of MGR Block, is my favourite. Although it has been refurbished, I prefer the original fountain's three-horse form. Although it had a very distinctive look, the horses are currently kept inside the girls' dorm. We'll be given our responsibility there when we're punished. It is sentimental. Additionally, I appreciate that area because it is surrounded by many trees.   John Greetan Service Incharge - Q-Block, Mens Hostel Locations They Like in VIT Park near A - Block Q Block Courtyard Hello,  I am John Green, I work as supervisor of a cleaning company which got a contract at VIT. So, I have been working here for 13 years. My favorite place in VIT is the park near - Block men's hostel. There is a lot of seating space and birds are chirping all the time. VIT is well maintained with trees and watered regularly, so it's green throughout the year. So, there are always flocks of birds roaming in VIT. I heard that some birds that migrate come through VIT as it's a patch of Greenland in an arid zone. Another place I like is the courtyard in the Q - Block. It is filled with grass and seating. I like how simple the seating is designed. Even though the block is generally noisy, the courtyard is always silent and calm. It's a good relaxing place that I enjoy.
