I joined VIT in the year 2016. The reason to join VIT is that it is considered one of the best institutes in India and I felt VIT can make me a great artist because of the opportunities also I felt I will be happy teaching many students. I like the diversity inside the campus, the multicultural activities, and the healthy environment with green.
I like the woodys as it has too many trees and as an artist, it is important for me to be connected with nature as I take inspiration from nature also since many activities happen at the same time in the woodys, I feel that the space is having life in it. I feel so refreshed after observing all the people and nature. VIT has got me good bonding with the faculties and students across the globe. My only suggestion to V-SPARC is the school has to explore much more beyond architecture. It helps the students to learn many things and they can able to deal with many things apart from designing.

I am working as the manager at ‘KC foods’ a shop in Foodys near SJT. I was working in Viswanathan's (founder and chancellor of VIT) house and after seeing my work, effort, and dedication, the chancellor of VIT offered me this job for the betterment of my life. Even my wife feels safe working in public inside VIT. Even during the COVID pandemic, VIT has given us a salary and helped us a lot in many ways. VIT also helped the people of Vellore in many ways like cleaning the Palar river and also helped students to study for free with scholarships. VIT also helped many people directly and also indirectly. I like the main entrance area including the fountain, MGR elevation, flag pole, etc. I like the ambiance of VIT as soon as entering into the campus. It gives me the vibe of entering some other country and entering my area. As a manager, I have to deal with people of many kinds. Some people are kind to us, and some are rude to us, but it made me a strong man who can deal with any type of people and problem.

I am Rajeswari (on left) & I am 45 years old. I am Sumitra (on right) & I am 39 years old. We both together have joined VIT in the year 2010. That was a memorable year and important year for both of us. We joined VIT because of the economical issues in the family and we are happy working at VIT. We feel more comfortable and satisfied in VIT than in our own homes. VIT not only pays salaries to us, but we also got life insurance including our whole family, and we get free treatment in the VIT health care center. Even during COVID, we got salaries even though we weren't on campus and we didn't work. VIT called each one of us during the COVID and asked for our health updates, providing vaccines and all. We like MGR block because of the bonding which we have with Rajeswari amma who is the wife of the chancellor of VIT Mr. Vishwanathan sir. We are thankful for the employee services provided by the VIT administration to their employees.

Myself, Raja. I have been working as a shuttle driver on VIT premises for the past four years. I have landed this job as I am unmarried and I wanted to enjoy life with a simple, easy job for sustaining and relaxing. And, I feel so blessed to work as a shuttle driver because driving the shuttle every day around the same place and the same track is more like leisure work and I love to do that. I like the architecture block on the premises as the has unique features and is different from other blocks. Since VIT is a huge university and has students from all over the world, I have got to see diverse students and am always gets astonished by their cultures and lifestyles. The environment of VIT is a mini city-like land that has its microclimate. I feel happy to be inside VIT and get to see all these great things.

My name is Muniswamy, I was in the Indian army, serving the nation for almost 20 years. After my retirement, I joined VIT in the year 2010. When I was in the army, I was thinking about what is my life after retirement. But since I joined VIT, I could still able to engage my mind and body towards the activities that keep me active. I feel VIT is a good college in the co-education sector as it is diverse and encourages all cultures. In VIT, I can't say one particular location that I like. The unique designs and shapes of each building block stand as a good example and as an identity for VIT. During my army days, I had a team to lead and take care of. Now in VIT also, I am leading a team that respects me so much. That makes me feel like I'm still working for the Indian army. I feel the discipline of the students is maintained well and the same will help them to flourish in their lives too.

My name is Varun, and I have been in VIT since 2017. I did my BCA and also MCA in VIT. After completing BCA, I could not leave VIT just like that and I wanted to be here for a few more years. So I have done my MCA also in VIT. I like the Pearl block, which was recently built in the VIT premises, and before that, during my BCA days, I used to like SJT block and, Foodys near SJT because that is where I made new friends, had a good time communicating with them and developed our friendship. I used to spend time in the SJT ground after a hectic day of classes. I was good at playing kabaddi. Apart from studying, my friends and I have done many naughty things which are so memorable for us. VIT has given me a lifeful experience and played an important role in my life of being a student.
